Male, with licensed Electrical Engineer; has excellent supervisory skills; with at least 3 years of relevant experience and knowledge in estimate, design and electrical plan interpretation, implementation, safety and maintenance in residential and commercial establishments

ESTIMATOR
Male/Female; Licensed Civil Engineer; not more than 30 years of age; Proficient in Ms Excel/Word; Knowledge in autocad an advantage; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Experience an advantage.

GEODETIC ENGINEER
Male, has excellent supervisory and leadership skills; with at least 3 years of relevant experience in construction industry.

HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR
With 1 year experience in operating pre-mounted/land development equipments like pay loader, crawler tractor, etc.; not more than 40 years old; can start immediately.

HR ASSISTANT
Male/Female; preferably single; BS Psychology graduate or its equivalent; with relevant experience in handling HR works especially in recruitment and compensation benefits

MARKETING ASSISTANT
Female; Marketing graduate or its equivalent; computer literate, knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) & Adobe Photoshop. Able to compose business letters & articles, and capable of doing sales analysis. Must have pleasant personality and fluent in English and Filipino.

MERCHANDISERS
Male; 2 or 4 yrs graduate of any course. At least 5'6 in height, pleasing personality, and can effectively deal with clients and workers. Will be assigned at SM Fairview or SM North branch.

PROJECT ARCHITECT
Male; Licensed Architect; has excellent supervisory and leadership skills; with at least 3 years of related experience in residential and commercial establishment projects. Knowledgeable in vertical construction; Not more than 40 years old.

PROJECT MANAGERS
Male; With Licensed Architect/Civil Engineer; has excellent supervisory and leadership skills; with at least 7 years of related experience in residential and commercial establishment projects

PURCHASING PERSONNEL
Male/Female; Civil Engineer or Architect; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Experience in Construction industry an advantage.

QUANTITY SURVEYOR/OFFICE ENGINEERS
Male: Licensed Civil Engineer, with at least 3 years relevant experience in construction industry. At least 25 years of age & willing to stay on site. Knowledgeable in estimating, evaluating of billing & preparing report.

WARRANTY WORKS OFFICER
Licensed Architect/Civil Engineer, with at least 3 years of relevant experience and knowledge in vertical/horizontal construction and interior finishing; can effectively deal with clients and workers.
