Prefab  as it is commonly known or Prefabricated Modular Construction is a method of construction where
all or most parts of the structure are manufactured in a controlled environment and assembled on site.
This results in a reduction in the labor component of the construction cost.  Since these components are
manufactured in a factory-controlled environment, the possibility of weather related defects are completely
removed and structural integrity is assured.
