We are looking for partners to invest in new manufacturing facilities (satellite plants) to address the increasing demand for our products in Northern Luzon, Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

VAZBUILT owns & operates three (3) manufacturing plants located in San Pedro, Laguna,  Norzagaray, Bulacan,  and San Isidro, Nueva Ecija.  — but demand is great.

Our two (2) latest Joint Venture plants – VAZBUILT Technology Corporation in Bacoor, Pampanga is operating at full capacity supplying NLEX fencing requirements; and Vazquez Lakeshore, Inc. is set to supply the housing and fencing needs in Lakeshore developments of Arch. Nestor Mangio and company.

VAZBUILT will provide the technology with tax-free benefits, production and accounting guidance, marketing assistance, and sales referrals; the Joint Venture Partner is expected to provide the initial capital requirement and management.
