VAZCRETE, the perimeter fencing arm of Vazbuilt has completed more than 60 kilometers of perimeter fence since 1998. As an alternative to conventional method of perimeter fencing using Concrete Hollow Blocks (CHB), VAZCRETE uses the same patented technology tried and tested in the construction of more than 6,000 houses. VAZCRETE is also cost efficient than any other fencing system in the market.

Aside from perimeter fence, VAZCRETE also installs interior partitions for commercial buildings such as Baclaran Terminal Plaza I. The owner of Baclaran Terminal Plaza Corp. likes the system so much he has instructed his architect to specify VAZCRETE for other commercial buildings he is developing.

VAZCRETE also sells prefabricated components to both developers and contractors exclusively for perimeter fence use. Monolith Construction undertook the construction of the 650 meter Temporary Fence for SM Shoemart Baclaran through this scheme, also with BF Homes Corp. for its Calatagan, Batangas property.
