We first heard about VAZBUILT in a business opportunity meeting where different companies presented their products to us and how we can have the opportunity to earn an extra income. Our family Calbayog Realty & Development Corp., a brainchild of our parents Capt. Felix P. Agoncillo and Mrs. Teresita Rono Agoncillo work with conventional construction and we have a small subdivision (Agoncillo Subd.) in Calbayog, Samar.

We brought up the idea to my mother to try VAZBUILT; she was apprehensive and worried to try a new technology in the province. So many questions and fears raced across our minds. the locals may reject it, it might be too expensive, the technology might hard to be taught to our construction workers. However, recalling how Lilibeth Legasto the marketing director of VAZBUILT made the business opportunity easy, we call on them.

Using the VAZBUILT system was the best decision we ever made! Our books cannot lie, we had at the very least 30% SAVINGS! And to think we ordered the house parts ex-plant San Pedro, Laguna, sent a truck to pick it up and deliver it all the way to Calbayog.

We joined the OTC Program (Over The Counter Homes), ordered a VAZ-72 design complete with the blueprint and bill of materials, and outline specs. They shared the expertise in building the house Lego-style, post, panels and Tegula roof. We and our engineers went to a VAZBUILT project for observation and a hand-on-training. During the 1 month construction, we would confer with them by phone and they guided us through out the wholes process. Our local laborers learned the system fast, there was less wastage, saving on labor time and manpower (only 5 to 8 laborers). We exposed the construction process to onlookers. They marveled at the ease and speed of the constructions. All kinds of visitors came. The town mayor visited, foreigners who lived nearby came; a professor of engineering from the local university brought his students over to look at the Filipino technology. The students took a cut sample of the panel and tested its strength, it registered a 3,500psi. Best of all, the house design was very much accepted. From our very 1st model house, we are now gearing up to order 10 more houses, orders are moving. We are now working to get our VAZ Building Solutions Franchise in Leyte.
