Having a house built is a major decision in ones lifetime. A lot of concerns rush in your mind. It took me time to finally decide to have a house built. Together with my nephews and nieces we planned to have my dream house to reality. What encouraged me to fulfill that dream is when I saw an interview on television about a Filipino invention of a prefabricated housing technology, VAZBUILT. I was so proud to be a Filipino, knowing that we have a home grown technology that receives awards even abroad. I gave them a call to probe some more.

The housing consultant who answered me was so patient in answering all my questions. After some time, as I was going through the newspaper, I saw colored pictures of actual built houses by VAZBUILT complete with testimonials from satisfied buyers from the media, the business sector and even OFW's. This made me finally decided to go and visit their head office at Taipan Place Bldg., at the Ortigas Centre. There I met Malou, the housing consultant I spoke with over the phone. Stepping into their well-designed office, together with the familiar culture given to me, I immediately felt so at home. They patiently guided me in all my questions with free advice. During the whole course from the design, schematics, costing, pre-construction, I had the chance to meet top management, engineers, architects, marketing people, and they all made me part of the VAZBUILT family. I was allowed to participate in the designing of my dream house; after all it is a lifetime investment. The project engineer in charge of my house construction was always available to answer my questions during the house construction.

I felt confident hiring them as my builders, I felt secure that no matter what problem may occur, they will always be there to face my concerns and address the concern to my satisfaction. It is a little over a year now that I am enjoying living in my dream home, in fact I have experienced three earthquakes this year, and it has withstood the test of strength. I am glad I made the right choice to have VAZBUILT build my dream home.
